Terms of sale

XVegasCasino sells source code and related documentation to business customers. This website is not a casino, does not accept player deposits, and does not offer real-money wagering.

1. What is sold

A license to specified source code, assets, and documentation. Hosting, payment processing, player acquisition, and any gambling licence remain the buyer’s obligation.

2. License type

Unless the order is an exclusive acquisition, licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable without consent, and limited to the tier purchased. We may license the same catalog to other customers.

3. Compliance

Buyer must not deploy the software in a jurisdiction where they lack authority to offer gambling or social-casino products. Buyer implements geoblocking, age gates, and responsible-gaming controls as required.

4. IP warranty posture

We represent that titles offered for sale are original works we have the right to license. Buyer must not add third-party brands, characters, fonts, or audio they do not own.

5. Support

Handover includes the repositories and the documentation version listed on the invoice. Ongoing maintenance is a separate monthly engagement.

6. Refunds

Source code delivered in accordance with the invoice is not returnable. Defect claims follow the warranty window in the signed order form.
