License summary

Developer — one title, client source, evaluation and commercial use of that title only.

Studio — all licensed titles and the shared engine, commercial client use, reskin permitted, no backend unless added.

Enterprise — Studio plus backend, database, admin, APIs, and deployment materials. Operate under buyer brand on buyer infrastructure.

Exclusive — assignment of the listed catalog and platform IP. We cease further licenses of those assets. Price negotiated against remaining inventory value.

Sublicensing the raw source to a third-party marketplace is not included unless the order says so.
